The Components of Employee Engagement
Engagement can be regarded as having three over lapping components: motivation and commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. A model of engagement containing these components produced by the Institute for Employment Studies (Armstrong et al, 2010) Work or job engagement is also associated with job satisfaction. These components of engagement are considered below.
